Oct 7 - UCognify Assessment
UCognify is a universal game based assessment of cognitive aptitude that is used to measure an individual's ability to acquire, retain and use new information effectively. This test is comprised of NumBubbles and GridLock. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
As a language-independent test, UCognify does not test verbal ability, making it easily translatable and ideal for international use.
Cognify offers a positive and immersive assessment experience and is available across any device. Candidates complete two engaging mini-games that predict performance across a broad range of roles.
UCognify is used in positions where learning and interpreting complex information is required.
Oct 8 - Employee Personality Profile (EPP)
The Employee Personality Profile (EPP) is a general personality inventory that measures twelve personality traits that provide valuable insights into a person's work styles and how they are likely to interact with co-workers, management and customers.
It measures twelve personality traits: Achievement, Assertiveness, Competitiveness, Conscientiousness, Cooperativeness, Extroversion, Managerial, Motivation, Openness, Patience, Self-Confidence and Stress Tolerance.
Oct 9 - Emotify
Emotify is an ability-based measure of emotional intelligence that assesses a candidate’s ability to accurately perceive, understand, and manage emotions. Emotify emphasises a world-class candidate experience and features engaging, interactive assessments that immerses candidates in typical work life scenarios.
Research has shown that emotional intelligence, or EI, is associated with important work outcomes such as interpersonal effectiveness, collaboration and teamwork, motivation, and decision-making.
Oct 10 - Basic Skills (CBST)
The Criteria Basic Skills Test (CBST) measures the basic math and verbal skills that are required to succeed in a wide variety of entry-level jobs. The CBST measures basic grammar, spelling, math, and language skills. It offers a quick way to assess the job readiness of candidates in a range of jobs, including clerical, administrative, and customer service positions.
Oct 11 - Computer Literacy and Internet Knowledge (CLIK)
The CLIK is an assessment of basic computer skills. It measures a person’s proficiency with using Internet browsers and common desktop applications, such as email, chat and word processing programs.
All assessments are confidential. Results will only be shared with the participant.
